Ready to get clarity, confidence and momentum on your deepest calling? Join us!
You’re invited to…
MasterClass 1: Staying Grounded in the Illusion of Urgency
Are you feeling slammed by all the urgent* things you have to do? Feel like you’re doing nothing well and have no ability to slow things down enough to get clear on what’s calling you?
The tidal waves of deadlines and demands, coupled with layers of cultural stress, can stretch us so wide that we easily lose our ground and ability to hear our calling.
When caught in urgency, we feel stuck in an endless cycle of intensity and can’t even imagine saying ‘yes’ to our personal growth or development. Yet why do we rush around when we know that ‘urgency’, for the most part, is an illusion?
From the first MasterClass you’ll discover:
- Your own relationship with Urgency and stillness
- Which unhelpful patterns keep you spinning and suffering
- How to respond effectively when ‘urgency’ grips you (again)
- Practices for greater centring so you can hear the whispers that are calling you beyond your current role, project, and contributions.
MasterClass 2: Finding Clarity, Calm and Purpose in the Noise
What if the noise ‘out there’ didn’t distract you from staying on track and committing to your purpose?
This ‘noise’ can be advice about life/career decisions, our fear of missing out, social unrest and increased polarization, or simply too many choices. When we listen more to the external noise ‘out there’ we become disconnected from ourselves, each other, and what’s calling us forward into new levels of contribution and self-expression.
In this second MasterClass you’ll explore:
- How external ‘noise’ can reflect your own inner ‘noise’
- What your relationship to distraction is on behalf of
- The upside and downside of external pressure
- Practices for deeper calm so you can align clarity with action.
MasterClass 3: Acknowledging your Growing Capacities in these Crazy Times
When talking about what creativity, dreams, and longings- Covid has tended to be a wet blanket. Since 2020, we’ve all struggled to juggle work, parenting and leading while also feeling overwhelmed by complexity and grief.
While there’s a never-ending cycle of challenge, I bet you’ve got some new capacities, strengths, and gifts emerging. And some of them relate and are in response to, the whispers and deeper calling that’s rising up.
Are you aware of yours? Both the gifts you’re known for and the new ones you’re growing? Have you taken the time to witness and honour them? Let’s do it! Because claiming them will help you trust that you’ve got enough to rise to the next level of contribution, expression and leadership.
In this third MasterClass you’ll explore:
- Your biggest roadblocks and how you’re navigating them
- Where you source strength and support- both seen and unseen
- Which strengths and ways of anchoring you through change
- New emerging capacities and presence you’ve got
MasterClass 4: Momentum in 2022: My Commitment and Desire for Impact
When times are uncertain and social change feels messy and confusing, it can feel almost ridiculous to believe that ‘little me’ can have a big impact. Yet when supported in a potent container to alight your commitment and desire for impact- momentum rises.
Through candid conversation, creativity and silence- including poetry, writing, stillness, and guided meditation- you will encounter the inner whispers that are calling you forward. By the end, you’ll have a taste of the ‘body of work’ or ‘next expression of leadership’ you are drawn to manifest in this year.
In this fourth MasterClass you’ll:
- Reconnect with your purpose and desires for impact
- Answer: how do I want to feel this year leading? What patterns can I let go of?
- Tune into your intuition and wisdom
- Identify the support and conditions to commit and realize your desired impact
- Gather practices to support a strong inner voice and decisive action, with less pressure and striving
